Welcome to Axion Edge Group. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://axionedgegroup.com and our services including Blockchain Development, Salesforce Consulting, AI/ML Solutions, Game Development, and Digital Transformation.

1. Services Agreement

1.1 Scope: Axion Edge Group provides custom software development, consulting, and digital services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in a separate signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

1.2 Website Use: You may browse our site for information. You agree not to copy content, attempt to hack, or use automated scrapers without permission.

2. Client Responsibilities

To deliver projects successfully, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to required systems, APIs, and documentation
• Assign a point of contact for approvals and feedback
• Provide content, logos, and brand assets as needed
• Pay invoices as per agreed payment schedule in the SOW

Delays from client side may impact timelines and costs.

3. Payments & Billing

3.1 Pricing: Project fees are outlined in the SOW. We typically work on 50% advance, 50% on delivery, or milestone-based billing.

3.2 Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after 15 days may pause work. Late fees of 1.5% per month may apply.

3.3 Taxes: Client is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or levies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Client IP: You own all final deliverables, source code, and assets after full payment is received.

4.2 Axion Edge IP: We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and generic code libraries used across projects. We grant you a perpetual license to use them in your deliverable.

4.3 Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing unless an NDA states otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all business, technical, and project information shared during engagement. We sign NDAs on request and maintain secure AWS infrastructure.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

6.1 Service Warranty: We warrant that services will be performed professionally and deliverables will substantially match the SOW for 30 days post-delivery. Bugs found in this period are fixed free.

6.2 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, revenue, or user adoption from our services. Digital products depend on market factors beyond our control.

6.3 Third-Party Tools: We are not responsible for downtime, bugs, or policy changes in third-party platforms like AWS, Salesforce, Unity, or Google.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axion Edge Group’s total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.

8. Termination

8.1 By Client: You may terminate a project with 15 days written notice. You will pay for all work completed up to termination date.

8.2 By Us: We may terminate if you breach Terms, fail to pay, or provide illegal requirements.

8.3 Effect: Upon termination, we deliver all paid work completed to date and delete your data from our systems within 30 days unless legally required to retain.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of website/services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
